Connect a GIS app

ArcGIS Pro

  1. Insert → Connections → Server → New ArcGIS Server
  2. Paste the address above as the Server URL
  3. Leave the user name and password empty, click OK

QGIS

  1. Browser panel → ArcGIS REST Servers → New Connection
  2. Paste the address above as the URL
  3. OK, then expand the connection and add a layer
